mbK Cheese wins Gold @ 2020 Australian Dairy Industry Awards

Gold for our mbK Vintage Cheddar!! 2 years ago Tilba Real Dairy (TRD) invited Lee-Anne Eddie to collaborate and produce a cheddar incorporating her Mystery Bay Kelp. As a result, a vintage cheddar that has it’s own unique flavour of the sea was produced and has quickly obtained popularity. The recent entry in the NSW Dairy Industry Association Awards awarded it’s worth with a Gold win. TRD and Lee-Anne Eddie are both very proud. Congratulations to Lee-Anne! Her connection to TRD runs back in history to when her Great Great Grandfather delivered milk to the ABC Cheese Factory. “I wonder what he would think now of my seaweed and TRD’s cheddar being a gold winning collaboration!” said Lee-Anne.
