Lee-Anne collects 20kg of the best kelp fronds / frills from the beaches along the coast of Eurobodalla….the kelp is harvested and placed onto racks, air dried and of course in summer it can take just a few hour to dry. High in macro nutrients and iodine particularly but importantly for us fabulous flavour and great blends that really pop.
