Our mbK pure stipes 200g are just the thing to get your broths and umami flavours underway. Fantastic in Dashi and miso based broths, soups for a robust and rich flavour, gives body & thickens with the natural agar & alginates.

Harvested by hand from pristine Australian waters. Unfarmed as nature intended. from the waters of Mystery Bay NSW.

We are the solo producers of this kelp variety with a stipe / meristem product sourced form Ecklonia Radiata here in Australia.

A Dashi recipe included here on Youtube suitable for our kelp. also note, in other applications the stipes need to be sliced very finely after cooking

Do leave any white powder on the kelp, it is the umami flavours, no need to wash, we have pre-washed in the ocean for you.
